Crystal Foot Zone Therapy

Crystal Foot Zone Therapy involves the use of crystals to stimulate the zone and pressure points of the feet or hands to promote healing and balance. The use of crystals combined with Reflexology can deepen the beneficial effect on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels, and allows for a greater release of blockages, toxins and stagnant energy.

By the end of the course you will:

Have a basic understanding of the chakras
Be able to select appropriate crystals for your client
Balance the chakras
Conduct a relaxing crystal zone foot treatment
Conduct a relaxing crystal zone hand treatment
Have an awareness of how to cleanse your crystals

This treatment is particularly good for reflexologists and crystal healers who want a new therapy to add to their repertoire. It would also be a nice introduction to non-therapists who would like to learn a relaxing therapy to share with friend and family.
