An Introduction to Muscle Testing
Prerequisites: None

This course is suitable for qualified complementary health practitioners and non-practitioners who wish to improve their knowledge of complementary healthcare and energy work.
Muscle testing is a technique used by kinesiologists and health practitioners for many years to evaluate the function and effectiveness of muscles.
Have you ever met someone who desperately wanted to stop smoking, but they seemed unable? This is an example of someone for whom the mind / body connection is incongruent. Within muscle testing, we speak to the unconscious mind and body, not the conscious. Because of this, we can get trusted information on our health, wellbeing and emotional state to improve our wellbeing.
By the end of the course, you will:
- Understand how to muscle test in various different ways
- Know how to get a reading for a client who is hypotonic
- Muscle test for Bach Flower Remedies, Aromatherapy Oils, Nutritional SUpplements and Food
- Be able to conduct a series of muscle tests for your clients in your professional practice (therapists only, although non-therapists will learn the techniques).
This is an experiential workshop for therapists and non-therapists alike.
This is an enjoyable and interactive course, come with an open mind and the desire to learn a little more about yourself!
